New Course Development

  • We have developed and launched a NEW 1-day course — “The Power Negotiator’s Playbook”.
    • Course counts as an SRS and ABR elective and for (2) credits toward the CRB designation. Available only in classroom delivery for 2015.

Leadership is also considering modifications to the CRB education model including: course topics, course length.

New CRETS Certification

The CRB Council is proud to debut our High Performance Team Series.   The courses are designed to provide the tools, strategies, tactics and knowledge that are required of today’s real estate professionals considering or currently operating in a team environment.

CRB has arrived first with a response and a product to fill the education void for teams and team leaders.  CRETS (Certified Real Estate Team Specialist) is the only team certification recognized by NAR. This credential is designed for:

  • team leaders
  • team members
  • those looking to start a team
  • brokers or managers with teams in the office
  • those who simply want to sharpen their leadership skills

This new credential is a certification — which means no membership or recurring annual dues.  The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers confers the CRETS credential upon completion of the course requirements and remittance of a one-time $159 credentialing fee.

Information on how to earn the certification can be found on www.CRB.com
