The Florida REBI Chapter Installation and Awards Breakfast took place on January 28, 2016 at the Florida Realtors Mid-Winter Meetings. Incoming President Andre Boutte welcomed all to the event and outgoing President Sandra Fernandez presented awards to several individuals for their work in 2015 in support of the Chapter. The Oath was taken by the new members of the 2016 Florida REBI Chapter Board, President- Andre Boutte; Vice President – Honora Giumenta; Treasurer – Jason Jakus; and Secretary – Nancy Shear. The Gavel was then passed and a new year and new name for the Chapter began. A Silent Auction added to the festivities and was enjoyed by all – especially the auction winners!
The Real Estate Brokerage Managers Forum was a sparkling success. 2015 NAR International Instructor of the Year, Deborah Valledor, presented ‘T4 – T to the Fourth Power for Brokers, Managers & Team Leaders’ to an almost packed house!
