Known for her commitment to advocacy, professionalism, and community service, Sherri continues to influence the real estate landscape through her leadership, mentoring, and dedication to elevating industry standards statewide.

A native Floridian active in real estate since 1994, Michelle brings deep industry knowledge and sales expertise. Her roles have included Broker-Owner, Regional Manager, Productivity Coach, and now VP of Sales and Operations at Cervera Real Estate. Passionate about learning and leadership, she holds multiple designations and has served in numerous respected industry roles.

Elaine Pumarejo is a Florida broker and instructor dedicated to empowering real estate professionals to grow and succeed. She holds the CRB and SRS designations, along with the RENE and C-RETS certifications, demonstrating her expertise in brokerage leadership, negotiation, and team development. Elaine served as the 2022 NAHREP Tampa Bay Chapter President and has contributed to the industry as both a local and state Board Director with the REALTOR® Association.

As a lifelong Central Florida resident, Mike McGraw has spent over 25 years helping clients buy and sell properties across the region. With deep knowledge of the local market, Mike specializes in luxury residential and commercial real estate, as well as land sales, making him a versatile choice for a range of real estate needs. His extensive expertise is supported by a history of respected leadership roles, including Past President of the Florida Realtors (2023), Stellar MLS (2018), and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (2011).
