The Essential Credential for Seller Representation!
As a real estate professional, you know this industry is in a state of constant evolution and change. As a result, it has become even more important to stay ahead of the information and knowledge curve and strengthen your ability to sustain your business and remain competitive.
The SRS Designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers.
How to Earn the SRS
Any licensed REALTOR® who wishes to earn the SRS designation must complete specialized training and other experiential requirements.
- Successful completion of the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation Course.
- Successful completion of one SRS elective course.
- Successful completion of the SRS Designation Requirements. Documentation verifying five (5) completed transactions in which you acted as a seller representative.
- Maintain active membership status as an SRS and with the National Association of REALTORS®.
All requirements must be completed within two (2) years of taking the SRS Course or the applicant must re-take the Course. Only REALTORS® who meet all of these requirements and have been officially awarded the SRS designation are permitted to call themselves an SRS and use the SRS credential, emblem and/or logo.
